When you make your booking with Mercy Holidays Pvt Ltd. Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Your booking with us will be the legally binding agreement between you and Mercy Holidays. If you do have any quires regarding our terms and conditions or you don’t understand about that please feel free and raise your quires with us. We will be 24/7 for your guidance.
When you first drop your inquiries about your desire trip, Mercy Holidays correspondence staff will email you back with the agreement letter. While you agree with your agreement then after we will go with the booking procedure. You have to do a certain amount of advance payment for booking your desired trip.
50% of your payment should be made to Mercy Holidays one and a half month before your trips start. Rest of the total amount should be entitled to your treks or tour to be deposited up before departure to Nepal or you can do it after arrival to Nepal. You can also pay by credit card, visa card, and MasterCard. However, bank charge 4% extra or some bank payment will be a bit high.
Delays and bad weather
Mercy Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays departure and bad weather; these things are beyond our control. Our priority is to flow true travel services from the land of the Himalayas. We will go with win-win policy, in case of cancellation have to do due to bad weather condition, sicknesses, violent, strike, etc our main concern will be to pick alternative itinerary to divert tour and treks.
You or any member of your party may cancel your trip at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person who signed the booking form and communicated in writing. As this incurs an administration cost will retain the deposit and besides, will apply the cancellation charge as mention below.
Cancellations before 60 days full deposit retained.
Cancellation before 30 days 50% of booking total charged.
Cancellation before 20 days 75% of booking total charged.
Cancellation before 15 days 100% of booking total charged.
While booking your trip with Mercy Holidays is mandatory that the entire traveler have all-inclusive insurance covering all the aspects of your adventure, including trip cancellation, injury, illness, accident, death, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, etc.
We also accept the late booking for your convenience within 15 days before the departure of your trek and 10 days before the departure of your tours. You have to make full payment before one week.
Nepal is one of the lest developing countries and we Mercy Holidays is also the newborn travel company dedicated to flow you the true travel services. Your complaints and suggestion will be the milestone to improvise desire and need of the customer.
Passports and visas
Being a responsible traveler you should follow the rules and regulations of a particular country, where you going to visit. For Nepal, you should carry a valid passport to option visa. Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months for your holidays.
