Welcome to Mercy Holidays Pvt Ltd. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making any bookings with us. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
All bookings must be made in writing via email, our official website, or in person.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notice and payment as per our policies.
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the trip departure date.
For last-minute bookings (less than 7 days before departure), full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
Cancellation by the client must be made in writing and will be subject to the following charges:
More than 21 days before departure: 25% of the total cost
14–21 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total cost (no refund)
No refunds will be made for unused services once the trip has commenced.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 working days.
Mercy Holidays reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, natural disasters, insufficient participation, etc.).
In such cases, we will offer an alternative trip of equal value or a full refund.
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, personal belongings, and natural calamities.
Mercy Holidays is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.
Clients must comply with the laws and regulations of the country they are visiting.
Any damage or loss caused by the client to hotel property, vehicles, or other services will be the responsibility of the client.
Mercy Holidays is not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and vaccination certificates.
We can assist in providing information, but the final responsibility lies with the traveler.
Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking.
Participation in certain activities is at your own risk. We encourage clients to assess their physical fitness before joining any strenuous programs.
Mercy Holidays shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, pandemics, natural disasters, civil disturbances, and government restrictions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
