The day we arrived at KTM to the time we departed from there, Sujit from Mercy Holidays made us comfortable by being friendly, flexible and caring attitude. Having planned the trip with my family / with 10 years old son, trek to Namche is not simple but Sujit has helped and motivated us all around to make that possible. All the stay locations and food was handpicked by Sujit for us to be safe, comfort. Along with Sujit, Bijay, our porter who has supported us in carrying the baggage’s. Bijay and my son reached the destination well in advance by at least 1-1.5 hours in advance and motivated my son to be along with him during the trek. We enjoyed the nature during the trail without any concerns that was supported by Sujit very well The Majestic Mt Everest view point at Namche and whole trekking was a great highlight of the trip and new life time experience for us. Another unplanned experience was Helicopter ride from Namche to Lukla which was amazing. Overall, we enjoyed the trip with life time experience and wish Sujit and his team to accomplish greater heights with their client focus mindset they have, flexibility without sticking to the rule books (we made couple of changes in the agenda / food preferences without any additional cost)
